Information Technologies – Engineering - Undergraduate Academic Studies

Upon finishing the studies engineers of Information Technologies are qualified to apply the achieved knowledge on defining and solving professional problems in the field of Information Technologies. Moreover, they are enabled to work in teams at developing software and hardware systems and to communicate with experts from other fields. General aims of this study program are:

  • Mastering basic principles, methods and techniques in IT, necessary for solving problems in the field of IT; 
  • Adoption of basic knowledge, methods and techniques about programming and program languages, operation systems, data bases, Information systems, Internet technologies and computer networks; 
  • Preparation for further knowledge improvement making theoretic and practical base for adoption of more complex contents from the field of Information Technologies, in other words, for more advanced studying at Master studies.  

Upon finishing Basic Academic Studies of the first level students are qualified for the following jobs: development of software applications, database administrator and organizer, Information system design, web administration and design and maintenance of computer networks, creation of multimedia applications, usage of intelligent systems, computer graphics and design. The achieved knowledge and education enable their permanent improvement. 

Information Technologies in Business Systems - Undergraduate Academic Studies

Upon finishing the studies engineers of Information Technologies are qualified to apply the achieved knowledge on defining and solving professional problems in the field of Information Technologies. Moreover, they are enabled to work in teams at developing software and hardware systems and to communicate with experts from other fields. General aims of this study program are:

  • Mastering basic principles, methods and techniques in IT, necessary for solving problems in the field of IT;
  • Adoption of basic knowledge, methods and techniques about programming and program languages, operation systems, data bases, Information systems, Internet technologies and computer networks;
  • Preparation for further knowledge improvement making theoretic and practical base for adoption of more complex contents from the field of Information Technologies, in other words, for more advanced studying at Master studies.  

Upon finishing Basic Academic Studies of the first level students are qualified for the following jobs: development of software applications, database administrator and organizer, Information systems design, creation of multimedia applications, more complex jobs in big business systems and in public sector. The concept of this module combines knowledge from entrepreneurship, marketing and commerce, finance and banking with knowledge from software engineering, computer networks and database joining several previous roles into one.
