Engineering Management - Undergraduate Academic Studies
The aims of this study program are written according to basic tasks and aims of Technical faculty "Mihajlo Pupin" in Zrenjanin and a study plan of Basic academic studies. The aims of the study program include skills and methods for achieving knowledge from the field of management and engineering disciplines.
This study program provides achieving knowledge necessary for engineers of management in the following fields: strategic and operative management, management systems, decision making processes and implementing IT systems in business, financial aspects of business, entrepreneurship and innovations, marketing, disciplines significant for engineering practice, such as: thermo-technology and energetics, projecting and maintenance of technical systems and production processes. Within this study program the students will master academic knowledge related to organization of the work process, efficient company management, making optimum business decisions based on market research, etc. Social benefit and credibility of studying these scientific fields is the result of significant role of management and decision-making in different production and service companies in Serbia and in developed countries, especially in EU as well. Graduate students are competent to continue their Master studies in order to enhance their knowledge and competences related to scientific research.
Academic title that students achieve after finishing studies at this study program is Graduated engineer of management.
