Description
The educational goal of this course is to acquire knowledge in the field of quality, especially from the aspect of the basic axioms of the quality management system, origin, evolution of quality systems and the application of this concept in practice. Educational aim is also planned to meet with standardized management systems that are part of an integrated management system; includes a series of standards ISO 9000 , ISO 14000, OHSAS 18000, HACCP - ISO 22000, ISO 26000. Special attention is given to the concept of TQM and most existing models of the TQM. According to special requirements of study programs, students gain the knowledge needed to use statistical tools for quality control.
As the outcome of the course, students will be able to understand the standardized management systems and their application in organizations.
