Students will gain knowledge on importance of using of correct machines and devices for finishing clothes and the importance of quality assurance between production phases.
Students will be qualified to apply finishing techniques according to production demands, and will be familiarized with all types of clothes finishing machines and their technological characteristics.
Lectures consist of theory on technical preparation and documentation characteristics for clothes finishing. Students learn how to prepare clothes for technological finishing process. Types of finishing are discussed, such as pressing and ironing, button sewing, and final composing and completing of garments. Students also learn about final quality control and transport of clothes to the warehouses.
Through practical exercises and colloquium, students examine and solve actual tasks from clothes finishing processes.
