Description
Mastering written communicative skills related to general English and English for special purposes i.e. business on advance level. The students should develop confidence and fluency in writing letters and emails both formal and informal ones. They should also be able to transfer tasks directly to their own immediate environment, their home, their studies and their work. Topics that are covered are as follows: business manners, letters and emails (forma, informal, neutral), structure of letters and emails (opening and closing, body), attachments, types of letters and emails (giving and getting information, arranging a meeting, invitations, negotiation, inquires and orders, payment, describing business trends, complaints, apologies, advice and suggestions, applications).
