Description
Preparing students, through the acquisition of appropriate knowledge for the formulation, development and implementation of the theoretical and practical endeavor in the field of basic machine design. The knowledge acquired is used for the realization of the engineering approach to solving problems related to the calculation and preparation of machine elements and structures, both in theory and in practice.
Theoretical and practical study:
General principles in the design. Standardization. Tolerances. Materials and variable strain; Forms and Manufacturing (Mold forms; welded shapes; forged forms); degree of safety. Basis of technological processes of casting, forming and processing tremičke. Basis of technological process of turning, milling, cutting and drilling. The basic calculation of appropriate parameters of specific machine elements - mechanical fasteners; friction, belt and chain transmissions; axles and shafts; deposits; gear assemblies and connectors.
