Description
Educational objective: Studying the course, students will acquire basic theoretical and practical knowledge of organizations.
Course content
Theory classes:
Organizational theories; Organizational structure; Tendencies in the development of an organization; Models of organizational structure; Business functions of an organization; Functioning of an organization; Organization Design; Computer support for production management, Organizational culture, Basics of re-engineering.
Practical training:
Preparation, development and defence of seminar paper in the subject areas covered by theory classes.
Educational outcomes: Understanding the process of organizational development. The application of different theoretical approaches in modern organizations. Identifying crucial issues and problems of development in organizational science. The expansion of interdisciplinary views.
