Description
Theoretical classes include the following thematic fields: human factors in management, motivation, motivators, systemic and situational management approach, integrated management systems, the concept and definition of leadership, leadership behavior and leadership styles, communication within the organization.
Exercises: Include preparation, development and defending seminar papers in the mentioned topics.
