Abstract: Nowadays, one of the major sources of issues in the construction sector in the Middle East and North Africa (MENA) region is the Extension of time (EOT) claims, which is so hard to resolve. Authors and practitioners have started trials in numerous academic studies to show how to properly deploy Delay Analysis Methods (or "DAMs") and to give practitioners executive guidelines to support them with proper analyses and claim resolution. The awareness of the use of these methods is essential to realize their restrictions and capacity to fit in with various project circumstances and to select appropriate delay analysis methods. The main objective of this research is to provide a guide for the selection of appropriate DAM by defining a list of important criteria that have the most preference in choosing the effective method. These criteria will be rated by collecting feedback from experts in the MENA region through questionnaires. The survey was conducted in the United Arab Emirates (UAE) for the abundance of multinational firms working on mega construction projects with multicultural backgrounds and diversity of expertise in addition to the availability of carrying out interviews when needed and the widespread adoption of standard international construction contracts. Then, the possibility of ranking is calculated by using the Relative Importance Index (RII). This ranking will be considered as an important tool for the proper selection of convenient delay analysis methods. Ultimately this paper will facilitate the selection of appropriate DAM by Delay analyst through investigating project circumstances by mapping it with current ranked criteria.

Abstract: The research problem represents the fact that knowledge management is not a term that is often mentioned in the domestic economy and it can be said that it is still an underdeveloped area. The aim of this paper is to examine the level of efficiency of knowledge management and its impact on the financial performance of companies in the territory of Vojvodina. The survey included 126 employees in production and service companies. The independent variable is represented by an instrument for examining the level of implementation of knowledge management through nine dimensions, and the dependent variable is represented through the dimension of financial performance, which consists of seven items. The results show that the level of implementation of knowledge management is above average. A significant positive influence and connection between knowledge management and the financial performance of companies was also determined, especially when it comes to organizational culture, employees, knowledge acquisition process, knowledge conversion process, knowledge protection process, and competitive advantage. One of the key guidelines for further research refers to the integration of knowledge management with the specific characteristics of the domestic business environment. It is recommended to repeat the analysis of the impact of knowledge management on the financial performance of domestic companies in the established time frame and in the stipulated organizational conditions.

Abstract: The issue of analyzing the factors of the dynamics of the economic performance of each economy, which means also the countries of Western Balakan (Albania, Bosnia and Herzegovina, Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, and Serbia), is continuously very current, challenging, significant and complex. Adequate control of the analyzed economic indicators can have a significant impact on the achievement of the target economic performance of each economy, including the countries of the Western Balkans. The application of multi-criteria decision-making methods enables adequate control of the key factors of the economic performances of the economies of the Western Balkan countries. In this paper, starting from that, the economic performances of the economies of the Western Balkan countries are comparatively analyzed based on the LOPCOW-EDAS method. According to the results of the given research, Serbia is the leading country in the Western Balkans in terms of economic performance. Followed by: Montenegro, Kosovo, North Macedonia, Albania, and Bosnia and Herzegovina. Recently, the economic performance of the Serbian economy has significantly improved. Adequate control of relevant influential factors can greatly influence the achievement of the target economic performance of the Serbian economy. The digitization of the company's entire operations certainly plays a significant role in this.

Abstract: This study was carried out to examine the perceived service quality of an e-commerce company app users and the measures that may be taken to improve customer satisfaction. The analysis techniques used were opinion mining to analyse reviews on the Google Play Store, e-SERVQUAL and Customer Satisfaction Index (CSI) to assess customer satisfaction, and Importance-Performance Analysis (IPA) to identify elements that require improvement. According to the findings of opinion mining, 65.86% of e-commerce company application users were satisfied, while 34.14% were dissatisfied. Customer satisfaction levels were classified as satisfied for the dimensions of efficiency and reliability, and fairly satisfied for the dimensions of fulfilment, compensation, and responsiveness, based on questionnaire distribution. The Importance Performance Analysis method was used to determine the priority for service quality improvement. Findings showed that delivery time, product suitability, refund and return policy, and service time were the top priorities for service improvement.

Abstract: The present study uses the Analytic Hierarchy Process and Fuzzy Comprehensive method to evaluate the sustainable performance index with different sustainable dimensions on organisational performance measures. Limited integration methods available, inadequate exploration of sustainable dimensions, insufficient attention to key performance indicators, and lack of comparative studies have prompted the present study. This empirical study reveals that a balanced scorecard can be effectively applied to an aerospace organisation for sustainable performance evaluation. It is essential to select proper key performance indicators for a performance measuring system. This paper presents the study carried out on the sustainable performance evaluation in an aerospace organization in the Indian context and found the sustainability of the Organisation as moderate Level. The survey also identifies the Levels of different segments such as learning and growth, internal business, social and environmental dimensions, finance, customer dimension, etc. Suggestions are also included for the improvement of levels of various segments. The paper also covers the impact of locational differences or product segments on sustainable performance.

POSSIBILITEIS OF SHORT SUPPLY CHAINS IN THE SUSTAINABLE LOGISTICS IN ZALA COUNTY
Károly SZABÓ, László SZABÓ
Abstract: Climate change has been a known problem for a long time, but nowadays its effects becoming more powerful and palpable in our everyday life. Therefore, one of the most important topics of the social sciences nowadays, the identification of the sustainable solutions. As the problem of the climate change is very complex, we have to examine it from different aspects/territories/ industries. Logistics is one of these territories. Today logistics is more and more criticized as the average supply chains contribute in a highlighted way to the environmental pollution. In the past academic discussion, Short Supply Chains appeared as a potential solution but so far only in the field of agricultural sciences yet. One of our research aims is the definition of the basic shortened supply chain framework within a supply chain can be called ‘shortened’ in Zala County. For this, we will examine the implemented short supply chains on the ground of the literature review. We will seek the answer for the second important aim, which is the potential application of this technique, with qualitative methods among Zala County enterprises.

Abstract: The paper examines the influence of the dimensions of Big Five and Narcissism on dimensions of the Theory of Planned Behavior and Entrepreneurial intentions. The moderating effect of the item Student success (the perception of the students on their success) in studying on these relationships was also examined. The research was carried out in Serbia, and the respondents were students. The sample included 400 respondents. Extroversion, Openness to experience and Narcissism have the strongest positive influence on the Theory of Planned Behavior dimensions and Entrepreneurial intention dimension. The influence of Conscientiousness is positive, but somewhat weaker and concentrated on the Subjective norm dimension. Neuroticism has a weak negative influence, while the correlation analysis showed that there is a statistically significant negative influence on the Theory of Planned Behavior dimensions. Agreeableness has no influence, with the exception of one statistically significant and positive correlation with the Subjective norm dimension. In the case of Low Student success, Extroversion and Narcissism has a stronger positive effect on the Theory of Planned Behavior dimensions and Entrepreneurial intention dimension than in the case of High Student success. In general, narcissistic persons have a high opinion of themselves, are full of self-confidence, and are highly motivated to be successful, rich, and admired by other people. They see entrepreneurship as an opportunity to achieve what they think they deserve. Suggestions are made regarding the use of these potentials and the translation of a negative phenomenon, such as narcissism, into something useful for society.
